Role
Designer at Please See, Mumbai, working on the Foodhall account across in-store collateral, publication design, print advertising, and environmental graphics.
Worked on Foodhall's account for a year, producing marketing collateral across a range of formats and touchpoints. The work moved between art directing photo shoots, designing catalogues, laying out newspaper ads, and creating large-format environmental graphics for store exteriors and window displays. Everything needed to hold Foodhall's premium positioning while serving specific commercial goals: driving seasonal sales, promoting gifting services, guiding foot traffic, and building in-store atmosphere.
Client
Foodhall is a premium food and beverage retail destination by Future Group, with stores in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru.
Fresh Indulgence Fruit Gifting Catalogue
Art directed and designed a marketing catalogue for Foodhall's fruit gifting service. Indian festivals are synonymous with food gifting, and the brief was to position fresh fruit as a thoughtful, indulgent alternative to generic sweets and snacks.
Directed the product shoot (props, composition, mood, quality) of hampers and gift baskets, then designed the full catalogue from cover concepts through to seasonal product layouts.
Photography by Niranjan Ambhore of Galactic Grip.
Linking Road Store Fence
Designed a storefront fence for Foodhall's Linking Road location to give passing customers a visual overview of everything inside.
Weekend of Plenty Newspaper Ad
Designed a half-page newspaper advertisement for Foodhall's biggest shopping festival.
The ad ran across Mumbai editions and needed to balance a clear promotional offer with Foodhall's premium visual language. Worked within the brand's teal palette and used illustrated figures to keep the tone celebratory rather than discount-store.
VAMA Diwali Window Display
Illustrated and produced an edge-to-edge storefront window display for Foodhall's VAMA location to catch the attention of passersby and promote Diwali gifting. The illustration features Foodhall's product range (cheese, chocolate, wine, baguettes, tea, macarons) spilling out of gift boxes with gold-foil accents to signal the festive season.
